The Raqchi tour is an experiential and cultural journey through the Raqchi community, in the heart of the Andes. It includes transportation, accommodation in local homes, cultural activities, and specialized guides who will accompany you throughout the trip.
• Advance reservation: It is recommended to make the reservation at least 7 days in advance.
• Payment: Full payment for the tour must be made before the start of the tour. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
• Reservation confirmation: The reservation will be confirmed via email once full payment has been made.
• Cancellation by the customer:
Cancellation more than 72 hours in advance: 100% refund of the payment made.
Cancellation between 48 and 72 hours in advance: 50% refund of the payment made.
Cancellation within 48 hours before the tour or no-show: no refund.
• Cancellation by the operator: If the operator cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or security issues), an alternative date will be offered, or a full refund will be given.
The tour includes:
• Private or shared tourist transportation (depending on choice).
• Bilingual professional guide.
• Accommodation in local homes (2 nights).
• Full board (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners).

• Change within 48 hours: If the date change request is made less than 48 hours before the tour start, a 20% fee will be applied to the total cost of the tour.
• No-show: If the customer does not show up on the original date without requesting a date change in advance, no refund will be issued, and no new date will be offered.
