This tour offers the opportunity to participate in traditional activities such as spinning, wool weaving with natural dyes, and agrotourism, all while interacting with the local inhabitants of Amaru.
• Advance Booking: It is recommended to book at least 7 days in advance to guarantee your participation in the tour.
• Payment: The full payment for the tour must be made before the start of the activity. You can pay via credit card, bank transfer, or in cash.
• Booking Confirmation: Once the full payment is made, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.
• Cancellation by the Customer:
o Cancellation more than 72 hours in advance: 90% refund of the payment made.
o Cancellation between 48 and 72 hours in advance: 50% refund of the payment made.
o Cancellation within 48 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund will be issued.
• Cancellation by the Operator: In the event that the operator cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or safety issues), a new date for the tour will be offered or a full refund will be provided.
• The operator is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
• The customer must follow the guide’s instructions at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
• The operator is not responsible for any incidents related to the customer’s health. It is recommended to consult with a doctor before participating in the tour, especially regarding altitude and pre-existing health conditions.
