Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before the tour.

Changes: Changes can be made 15 days in advance (Note: Machu Picchu tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once issued, and must be repurchased).
Cancellations:
More than 15 days: $95 USD penalty.
4-14 days: 50% refund.
3 days or less: No refund.

Tickets: Once issued, Machu Picchu tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities:
